Reset password/MFA for users


  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. To reset password or MFA for a single user, click Users, then click on the user. Next, click Reset Password or Reset MFA.

  3. To reset password or MFA for multiple users, click Reset Password or Reset MFA in , then select the users who need their password reset.
  4. If you are resetting the password, authenticate yourself, then enter a new password or click Generate Password.
  5. If you are resetting MFA, authenticate yourself and reset MFA.
  6. Click Reset.
