Manage security policies for users
Apply a security policy for a single user
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Users, then click on a user.
- Click Security Policies, then either Add User to Policy or Exclude User from Policy.
Disable MFA for users
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Click Disable MFA under , then select the users who need MFA disabled.
- Verify yourself with your password, then click Disable.
Reset MFA for users
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Click Reset MFA under , then select the users who need MFA reset.
- Verify yourself with your password, then click Reset.
Note: Once MFA has been reset, the user will have to set up their MFA authentication method again the next time they sign in.
