To perform bulk actions when multiple users are selected:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Navigate to Users, then select the users you want to perform bulk actions on.
Once you select the users, the following options will be displayed in the top bar:
  1. Reset Password
  2. Reset MFA
  3. Disable MFA
  4. Assign Group
In addition to these, when you click , you have the provision to add users and groups.
