Notifications

To customize the notifications you want to receive for your Brand, go to Settings and then select Notification Settings.

  • Enable or disable the toggle next to—Posts going live, Post failures, and Engagement—on social networks to subscribe or unsubscribe to these notifications.

  • Notifications for Engagement on social networks can be further customized for Facebook and Twitter channels.

  • Switch the toggle next to Posts by others, Comments, or Likes, to subscribe or unsubscribe to these notifications.

  • You also have the option to Mute Notifications for a particular Brand. When this toggle switch is enabled, you will not receive any social media updates for that Brand.

However, Instagram Publishing notifications will continue to show up while you've muted Brand notifications.

Do Not Disturb

To unsubscribe from all notifications, go to Settings, select App Preferences, and disable the toggle switch next to Do Not Disturb.

Please note that you will not receive Instagram Publishing notifications while you're on the Do Not Disturb mode.
