Email notifications are sent out to users to alert them of posts and activities within Zoho Social. From the same page where you assign Brand Notifications, you can also choose brand members who will receive Email Notifications.
There are four types of actions that you can receive email notifications for,
- When a scheduled post goes live on a social channel.
- When a scheduled post fails to go live on a social channel.
- When a social channel gets disconnected from Zoho Social because its authentication token has expired, prompting Admins to log back into the social channel and re-authenticate it.
- When someone gets @mentioned or tagged in a particular discussion.
