Team Notifications


Team Notifications let you stay on top of all internal discussions that happen inside Zoho Social. When a team member starts a discussion in the Collaborate tab, or tags you in a thread, you will be notified under Team Notifications on your Zoho Social.
 
To access this, click on the Team Notifications button or the icon on the top-right corner of your Zoho Social screen, near the bell icon.
 
Team Notifications will also show you other details, such as date, time, and team members tagged or mentioned. Each notification comes with a small icon to notify what kind of discussion it is.

Team Notifications are sent out for the following actions

  1. New user joining in a brand
  2. New discussions
  3. Updates in discussion, comments, and shares
  4. Sharing connections, all types of posts, reports
  5. Scheduled posts in a brand being paused or resumed
