I accidently deleted a mail. How can I recover it from archival or backup?

In case, eDiscovery is enabled for your user account, the administrator can recover the mail back to the mailbox from archives using the Recovery tab in the eDiscovery portal.
To recover an email from the Archived emails, click here.

In case, Backup is enabled for your user account, the administrator can retrieve the deleted email from Backup.
