How can an administrator unblock an account?
To unblock a blocked account (once the reason for the block has been rectified), log in to the Admin Console. Navigate to Users in the left pane. Click on the Filter button, choose Blocked Users from the drop-down. The accounts of blocked users will be listed. You can unblock an individual user by clicking the Blocked icon or select the users you want to unblock and click Unblock from the top. Learn more.
