Circonus for Zoho Directory

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

  1. Sign in to Zoho One/Directory, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. In Zoho One, go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications. In Zoho Directory, go to Applications, then click Add Application.
  3. Use the search bar to find and add Circonus.

  4. Enter the following details:
    • Display name
    • Subdomain
    Note: Subdomain is a part of your Circonus account URL. If your Circonus account URL is zylker.circonus.com, then the subdomain is zylker. 
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Single Sign-On.
  7. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
  8. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Issuer, the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate.

Configure SAML in Circonus

  1. Sign in to your Circonus account as an administrator.
  2. Click  in the top-left, then click Profile under Accounts.
  3. Click Edit SAML Integration.
  4. Paste the following information copied from Zoho One/Directory in their respective fields:
    • Sign in URL in the IDP Login URL field.
    • Issue URL in the IDP Issuer field.
    • X.509 certificate in the IDP Certificate field.
  5. Enter the domain of your users' email addresses in the Email Domain field.
  6. Click Save.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Circonus.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click  . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Circonus's homepage.

  5. After successfully testing the connection, you can start assigning the app and make it available for all users in their My Apps page.
