Manage call recording storage

You will have 1,000 minutes of free storage. If you need additional storage, you can purchase a storage plan.
To purchase storage plan:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Manage, then choose Manage Recording Storage.
  5. Click Change Storage Plan.
  6. Choose your plan, then click Next.
  7. Click Make Payment.
To delete recordings automatically:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu. 
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Manage, then choose Manage Recording Storage.
  5. Check the box and choose the number of months after which you want the recordings to be deleted.
