Conversation Views
Some email appear as unread, but all emails are read in the folder.
If the emails in the same conversation, but in a different folder, are still unread, the conversation will be indicated unread in other folders also, when 'Conversation across Folders' is chosen. Refer here for more details.
Is there a way to view the emails in a normal view, without threads?
By default, the emails across folders are grouped together as conversations. You can change your default preference to Conversations within folders or even turn off the conversation views. Refer here for more details.
