How do I view the emails in the sent folder as conversations?

To view the emails in the sent folder as conversations, click the Preview whole conversation icon to the left of the email summary in the listing pane. The entire conversation linked with that email will open in the email preview pane. Learn more. 

Note:
By default, the emails in the sent folder are listed as separate entities, and not as conversations.
