Will all my calls be recorded by default in Zoho CRM?
No. Calls are not recorded in Zoho CRM by default. However, you have an option to request a call recording.- Click Setup > Channels > Telephony > PhoneBridge
- In the Twilio Configuration page, click Edit next to the phone number you have added.
Click Advanced Options. Under this section, select Yes for Call Recording.
Note: Twilio records calls and you may be charged for this in your Twilio account.
