Why are some of my Instagram Connections missing on the Connections tab?

Why are some of my Instagram Connections missing on the Connections tab?

Due to the Instagram's recent API deprecation, the Connections tab will no longer display Instagram Connections.

However, there is one exception to this rule, and that is if your brand's Instagram handle was synced with Zoho Social before the API changes kicked in.

In this case, you will continue to view all those connections (the @users you've engaged with) who were synced to your Zoho Social Brand before the change. New engagers on Instagram will not be automatically synced to your Connections tab.
