Why am I unable to see my Instagram messages on my Business account on Zoho Social?

You would see your Instagram messages on Zoho Social only if you are on an IG Business account. Also, you would be required to enable messaging access on your Instagram Business account for your messages to reflect on Zoho Social. 

Here are the steps you need to follow,

  1. Go to your Instagram Business Profile and head over to Settings.
  2. Now click on Privacy followed by Messages.
  3. Under Connected Tools, turn on the toggle "Allow Access to Messages."
  4. Once you are done making the changes, click on the Refresh button to load your messages on your Instagram Business account.

You will not be able to view and send Instagram DMs to your contacts on Zoho Social when on a Creator Profile.
