Why am I unable to open Zoho Social integration on my Facebook business settings?
Facebook often prevents users from making frequent changes to their apps under Business Integration. Here's a quick work-around that can help you manage permissions for Zoho Social on Facebook.
Here's how you can update permissions for Zoho Social on Facebook:
- Log in to Facebook and access Business Integrations
- Click on the check-box next to Zoho Social and select Remove.
- You will then see a pop up asking if you'd also like to "Also delete all posts, photos and videos..". Please do not tick this option.
- Go to your Social dashboard, you'll see an alert under Brand Health "Oops! Your Facebook Page needs to be reconnected".
- In case the Reconnect option is not available here, go to Setup from your Home screen and click on Social Channels.
- Click on Reconnect and proceed to reconnect Social with Facebook.
- You'll see a pop up appear, asking you for permission. On this screen, click Choose What You Allow.
- On the next screen, make sure the Page you'd like to connect has a tick, under both the Manage your Pages and Publish as Pages manage sections. Also, you will be able to choose the pages when you click on 'Choose what you allow'.
