Why am I not able to connect my Facebook Page to Zoho Social?

Sometimes when you are unable to connect your Facebook Page to Zoho Social, updating the Business Integrations manually on your Facebook account might be of help. Here's how you can do that.

1. On your Facebook account, go to the Settings, followed by Business Integrations.

2. Now, click on the View and Edit option beside Zoho Social.

3. Check and update the permissions for your Pages in all the sections and hit the Save button.

4. Further, head over to your Zoho Social dashboard and try again connecting your Facebook Page.
