Webpower helps you create your own campaigns, send relevant content to your subscribers, and keep contacts up to date via email marketing. With the Webpower extension for Zoho Desk, you can now view your campaigns and subscribers in Webpower within Zoho Desk. This gives you a quick view of the campaigns and contacts in Webpower from within Zoho Desk, and lets you maintain a better relationship with them. You can manage your contacts and groups in Webpower from Zoho Desk, analyze your campaigns, and plan for future campaigns based on their responses.

Installing the Webpower Extension
The Webpower extension can be installed from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account. - Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- Under Marketplace, click All.
- Search for 'Webpower' in the search bar on the right.
- Select the Webpower extension and click Install.
- In the Webpower Installation Setup page, select profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
- Click Authorize, then select the portal that you want to install the extension in.
- Authorize your Webpower account by clicking Authorize in the pop-up.
- Enter the domain URL, to configure the extension.
Once the extension has been configured successfully, it can be accessed from the top band (Module section) and sub-tab of ticket details page.
Accessing the extension from top band
The Campaigns from Webpower, along with the Groups and Contacts associated with them will be listed in the Webpower widget page.
- Click on the () icon in the top band.
- Click Webpower from the dropdown menu. The Webpower widget page will open.
The Select Campaigns list will show all the Campaigns from Webpower.
The left panel of the widget lists options to manage Contacts and Campaigns.
The mid panel of the widget displays the content related to the item selected.
- When a campaign is chosen from the Select Campaigns List, the Contacts details will be listed.
- When Contact is selected in the left panel, details of contacts and groups in Webpower will be listed
- Click Campaigns to view campaign summary.
To manage Contacts:
- Select a campaign from the Select Campaigns, drop-down list.
- Click Contacts from the left panel of the widget page.
The list of contacts that the selected campaign was sent to will be displayed in the mid panel of the widget.
- Click Add contacts from the top right corner of the widget page to add new contacts.
- Click Groups, from the left panel to view the details of groups.
- Select a group and click the More icon ( ) on the right.
- You can Rename, Delete, or Flush the group by choosing the respective options from the menu.
Note: Webpower default groups cannot be deleted or edited.
To manage Campaigns:
- To view the summary report of the email campaign, choose Campaigns from the left panel, click Email campaigns, and select a campaign from the displayed list.
- To send an email campaign, click the More icon ( ) to the right of the campaign
- Select Edit/Send.
- Select the group from the provided list of groups.
- Click Save, then click the Send button.
- Click Sender Address from the left panel.
Sender address details will be displayed. - Choose a Forward address from the list to edit or delete the address.
- Click Add sender to add new sender details.
Sending email campaigns from Ticket's Details Page
The Webpower extension can be accessed from the sub tab of the Ticket's details page. You can send email campaigns to the user associated with the ticket and know the details of campaigns sent to them.
- Click the icon in the Ticket's details page.
- Click Webpower App.
- Choose Campaigns tab, then click the Send button on the specific email campaign to send it to customers.
The list of email campaigns sent to the customer will be listed in the History tab .
Uninstalling Webpower Extension
To uninstall the Webpower extension:
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- Click All under Marketplace.
- Click Installed Extensions.
- Choose Webpower from the list of extensions.
- Click the More icon ( ) in the upper-right corner of the Webpower extension setup page.
- Select Uninstall Extension.
- Click Confirm.
