When you reassign a device to another user, the profiles associated with the old user will be removed and replaced by the profiles associated with the new user. However, this will not remove the profiles and apps associated with the device.
Note: You can reassign devices only to the confirmed users.
To reassign device:
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Device Management, then go to the Devices tab.
- Hover over the top-right corner of the required device and click .
- Click Reassign device.
- Choose the user you want to assign the device to.
- Click Reassign.
Note: The old user of the device will not be signed out of the apps installed in the device.
