How to get code for the sign up form?

This is a conventional way to add signup forms to your website. Just copy the generated code and paste it wherever you want the signup form displayed on your website.
  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Subscribers and select Signup Forms.
  2. Click on a form.
  3. You can view the code in the form’s detail view.
