How do I update records deleted from Zoho CRM, in Zoho Campaigns?

Update deleted contacts: Records that were imported into Zoho Campaigns and later were deleted from Zoho CRM can be removed from your lists in Zoho Campaigns as well.
To update those deleted records in Zoho Campaigns:
  1. Go to Contacts, select Sync Services and choose Active Syncs in Zoho CRM
  2. Click Setup at the top-right.
  3. Click Edit under Zoho Campaigns Settings.
  4. Switch the toggle ON, corresponding to Update deleted contacts.

  1. Remove from mailing list - Deleted contacts in CRM will be removed from the mailing list in Zoho Campaigns into which the records were imported.
  2. Remove from Zoho Campaigns - Deleted contacts in CRM will be removed from Zoho Campaigns.
Note

These updates will apply to recurring syncs only.
