How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to the Play Store or App Store where you initially made the payment for your license and cancel the subscription. You cannot cancel your subscription directly in the mobile app.
Note: You must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next date of renewal.
