How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log into Zoho Campaigns.
  2. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
  3. Select Subscription under General. You will see your current plan.

  4. Click the Cancel my subscription link at the bottom of the page. cancel subscription link
  5. Click the Change plan option.

  6. Click on cancel subscription link at the bottom of the page.

  7. Your plan will automatically be changed to a pay-as-you-go plan with zero email credits.
