Download call history

Download call history

An admin can view and download the call history of all users in the organization.
To view call history:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click View Call History in the top-right corner of your screen.
  5. Click  to filter and view the call history.
  6. To download the current view as a CSV file, click Download in the top-right corner of your screen.
