The different filter options are User, Applications, Groups, Department, Reporting To, Designation, Work Location, and User Login. You can use any of these filters to find users without having to spend extra time searching.
In the mobile application:
- Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap in the top-right corner.
- Tap in the top-right corner.
- Set the filtering criteria, then tap Apply.
In the web application:
Advanced filters can be used to generate a list of specific users, and perform bulk actions on them.

- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Click on Users.
- Click in the top-right corner.
- Set the filtering criteria, then click Apply.
