Create video merge tags using Wistia

Zoho Campaigns integrates with Wistia, which allows you to import videos and use them in your email campaigns. With this integration, you can also view statistics and details of your contacts who viewed your videos.

Integrate with Wistia

1. In this section, you'll learn the procedure for integrating Zoho Campaigns and Wistia. From the Navigation toolbar, click Apps under Integration.
   
2. Mouse over Wistia, then click Connect.
   
3. To comply with GDPR, we notify users that the following activities will be performed once the accounts are integrated,
   
1. Import your Wistia videos.
   
2. Push the details of the contacts who view your videos from Zoho Campaigns to Wistia.
   
4. Click Continue.
   

Create video tag

To add Wistia video in your email campaign, you need to create media tags for the video, followed by email campaign creation.

To create video tags:

1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Merge Tags under Customization.
   
   
2. Click Create at top right corner of the page and select Video Tag.
   
3. Enter the video name and select Wistia as the video source.
   
   
4. Select the desired video and click Proceed. In the upcoming page, you can view a thumbnail image of the video preview.
   
5. Click Save.
   
   

Use a video tag:

To use video tags in your email campaigns, select the available options to create your content.

1. In the content editor page, navigate to Advanced tab.
   
2. Click Video. In the popup that appears select existing video option
   
3. Choose the desired video from the dropdown.
4. Click Save.

Note: You can track the number of video views by enabling the track views option while sending an email campaign.
