Can I upload media directly from the file hosting apps I use?

Sorry, we don't have that option. Integrating with file hosting apps such as Zoho Docs, Dropbox, Drive etc. is a part of our immediate product roadmap. 

While we're at it, you may try this workaround to upload images from your Drive: 
  1. Right click on the image you want to upload.

  2. Select Copy Image.

  3. Head over to the New Post window and click Control and V (for Windows) or, Command and V (for Mac) to upload the image.
