Can I send follow-up emails to users who have opened my emails?

Yes. To send follow-ups to those who've opened your emails:

  1. From the navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign to send follow-ups for. 
  3. Click the Send Follow-up button.
  4. Under Chain Campaign, select 'For Opens' to send the email to those recipients. 
  5. Now proceed with the usual campaign creation steps.
