Can I edit the rule criteria pattern by which an approval process is executed?
When you specify multiple rule criteria for an approval process, the rules are executed in a certain pattern, one after the other. This is represented by AND/OR. As you specify criteria, there is a default pattern created for the rules. But this can also be edited manually.

To edit the criteria pattern, do the following:
- Select Setup > Automation > Approval Processes
- Under Rule Criteria specify the rules
- Click Edit Pattern to manually modify the pattern.
