Call Recording

Call Recording

The recording option in the built-in phone feature lets you record incoming and outgoing calls made from your Bigin account. Each organization will have 1000 minutes of free storage for the recording. When the storage reaches maximum capacity a pop-up and email notification will be sent to the user and they can either delete old recordings or buy additional storage space (subscription will be auto-renewed).

You can keep track of recording storage space from the Record Storage section and the recorded calls will be available in the Activities module.
