Can I assign activities to a group of users?
No. You cannot currently assign a task or meeting to a group of users. Activities can only be assigned to individuals.
Can I create tasks or meetings for other users?
You can only create tasks and meetings for other users if you are a CRM admin. For meetings, you can select the host from the list of other users. For tasks, create a task and select the owner from the list of users in the Task Owner field.
