Zoho Survey

Include surveys in your customer emails using Zoho Survey. You can also collect surveys straight from your website using either links or pop-ups.

Prerequisites

You need to have your store published for this integration to work.


How to Integrate

Go to Settings on the left panel and click Zoho Survey under Integrations.



























  1. Click Connect.

  2. From Zoho Survey, create and publish the survey that you'd like to embed. Make sure you're logged in from the same account.

      4. Go to Settings > Email Notifications under Store Settings in Zoho Commerce.













  1. Click Edit Template on the email where you want to include your survey.
























  1. Place your cursor in the desired location in the email template and click Insert Zoho Survey, then select your survey.

Note: Surveys can only be included after they have been published.

























  1. Click Save.
