You need to have published your Zoho Commerce store for this integration to work.
How to Integrate
1. Go to Settings on the left panel and click Zoho SalesIQ - Live Chat under Integrations.

2. Ensure Add Live Chat toggle is enabled, then click Connect.
Publish your site, then check to see if the live chat widget is enabled.

4. Send a test message. You will be able to see it reflected in SalesIQ under Chat History.
