Prerequisites
- A Wrike Enterprise account
- Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install Wrike.
- If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Wrike, uncheck Display app to users.
- Click Add.
- Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
- Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
- Click Identity Provider Details, then download the IdP Metadata.
Wrike does not allow you to configure SAML by yourself. To enable SAML SSO, write to
support@team.wrike.com with the following details:
- The IdP metadata file
- Details regarding Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning
Note: JIT provisioning creates a Wrike account for users during their first SSO attempt, so you don't have to do it manually for each user.
- Details regarding the scope of SSO
Wrike's support team will contact you after configuring SAML for your enterprise.
Configure domain-based SSO in Wrike
Wrike gives you an option to choose if your non-employee users should be allowed to use SSO. You can restrict non-employees from using SSO by enabling domain-based SSO:
- Sign in to your Wrike account.
- Click your profile picture, then click Account Management.
- Click Security, then click Add Domain under Approved Domains.
- Enter your enterprise's domain and approve it.
Now only the users from that domain (i.e., your employees) will be able to sign in using SSO.
Test the SAML connection
- Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click Wrike.
- Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
- Click . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Wrike's homepage.
Make app visible to all users
After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Wrike available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.
To make Wrike visible to all users:
- Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click Wrike.
- Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.
- You can now access Wrike from Zoho One's My Apps page.
