Working with My Jobs module in iPhone

The My Jobs module displays all the records that you own which are a part of your organization's Blueprint process or the records that are awaiting your approval and records owned by other users. 

Executing Blueprint from My Jobs module

The Blueprint that you have configured can be executed from the My Jobs module.
To execute blueprints 
  1. Go to  My Jobs module.
  2. Select Blueprint from the drop-down at the top.
    You will see a list of records in your Blueprint process.
  3. Select a record.
    You can see the Blurprint section which displays the Current State and the Transitions that must be executed in order to proceed to the next state.
  4. Tap the Transition and complete the requisites.
  5. Tap Save

To approve records

  1. Go to  My Jobs module.
  2. Select Approvals from the drop-down list at the top.
    You will see the list of records that are awaiting your approval.
  3. Tap  Approve Reject, or  Delegate it to another user in your CRM account.
