Why would I upload a list of contacts as Unsubscribed?

There are a few scenarios where uploading a list of unsubscribed contacts can be useful:
  1. If a user is maintaining Unsubscribed contacts in a different service
  2. If the user is migrating from a different service
  3. If the user receives a direct request from their end recipient to unsubscribe them
We recommend that you upload contacts as Unsubscribed when they fall under one of the above-mentioned scenarios.
