Why can't I select the reply action for a selected email campaign?

Why can't I select the reply action for a selected email campaign?

Reply tracking option needs to be enable for the selected email campaign to track replies for the 'Replied' email action. If you've not enabled the reply tracking option while creating your email, the reply action is disabled not allowing you to select it for this configuration.
