Why can't I find the Import option in my Bigin account?

Why can't I find the Import option in my Bigin account?

The Import permission must be enabled for your profile for you to import records. If you do not have this permission, the Import option will not be visible in your account.
 
To enable the Import permission
  1. Log in to Bigin with an Administrator profile.
  2. Go to Settings > Users and Control > Profiles.
  3. Select the desired profile and enable the Import permission under Advanced Features. 
In addition to the Import permission, you need to have the Create Notes permission enabled to import notes.

To enable the Create Notes permission
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Control > Profiles.
  2. Select the desired profile and enable the Create permission for Notes under Basic Permissions.
