Why am I unable to start a conversation with a follower from the connected Facebook Page?
Due to API limitations, you can only reply to messages sent to your Facebook page.
However for Twitter profiles, you can send a direct message by opening a Twitter user's Connection profile details in Zoho Social — if the recipient has set their account to "Receive Direct Messages from anyone" in their Twitter Privacy and Safety settings.
Simply click on a Twitter user in your Live Stream, Monitor column or Connections tab to view their profile and under Interactions choose Send Message to send a direct message to users.
