Where can I find details of invited users?

Users who have been sent an invitation link will appear in the Invited Users list.

 

To view the list of invited users

1. Log in to Bigin with administrator privileges.
   
2. Go to Setup and then Users and Control and choose the Users tab.
   
3. Click on the dropdown and select Invited Users.

You can view the following details in this section:

1. Active Users: Users who have access to your Bigin account.
   
2. Inactive Users: Users who no longer have access to your Bigin account because they have been deactivated. They can be reactivated at any time. 
   
3. Invited Users: Users who have not yet accepted the invite in their email.
   
4. Deleted Users: Users who have been removed from your Bigin account. They no longer have access to the Bigin account.
