When I delete an email in my email client, configured via IMAP, it is not getting cleared in the web interface.

The IMAP clients do not sync the deletions of the email immediately.  To sync the deletions in email immediately, you need to configure the Expunge settings in Zoho Mail. Refer here for detailed instructions.  

We also recommend you to refresh the web mail page, once to view the synced changes.
