When do I change my Zoho CRM ZSC key in Zoho Campaigns?
If your ZSC key is changed in Zoho CRM then you need to make sure that it is updated in Zoho Campaigns as well. If Zoho CRM ZSC key is changed and not updated in Zoho Campaigns then your data from Zoho CRM will not sync with Zoho Campaigns as per sync configuration.
However, we've updated our integration and ZSC key is no longer required to integrate with Zoho Campaigns. If you want to move to the new version of integration, you can simply disconnect your CRM account and integrate again. With the new authentication method, your account will automatically be connected.
