What is an email response process?
This process lets you enable an action for contacts to perform based on their responses to emails sent to them.
Let's say you've got a list of contacts who've opened your email, replied to your email and clicked on a link in your email. You can set up actions for contacts to perform based on the above responses, thereby moving them into different paths in the workflow.
