What is a Brand? How many Brands can I manage in each plan?

In Zoho Social, a Brand represents the social channels for a single entity or business unit. You can add and manage one each of the following social channels under a single Brand:
  1. Twitter Profile
  2. Instagram Profile
  3. Facebook Page
  4. Facebook Group
  5. LinkedIn Company Page
  6. LinkedIn Profile
  7. Google My Business listing
  8. YouTube Channel (Available only on Premium, Agency and Agency Plus Plans)

Here are the number of Brands and Team Members you can manage for each paid plan:
  1. Standard plan: 1 Brand (7 channels) and 1 Team Member
  2. Professional plan: 1 Brand (7 channels) and 1 Team Member
  3. Premium plan: 1 Brand (8 Channels) and 3 Team Members
  4. Agency plan: 10 Brands (80 Channels) and 5 Team Members
  5. Agency Plus plan: 20 Brands (160 Channels) and 5 Team Members
In addition to this, to manage more than one of any of these social channels—for example, two Facebook profiles or two Twitter handles—you'll have to purchase Brand add-ons or upgrade to a bigger paid subscription, and connect these additional social channels.
