What happens when I deactivate a user?

When you deactivate a user:
  • You stop that user from accessing their Zoho CRM account.
  • You can use the same user license to create a new user.
Note: When you deactivate a user, the user license is not canceled. You will be billed for the number of user licenses that you had purchased.
