What are the payment and delivery integrations available for India- All about Shipping Carriers.

The Shipping Carriers feature helps to integrate your store with shipping carriers. This will help you to plan and setup a delivery process for your products Zoho Commerce has a single step integration with several carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, Aramex, and DPD.

 

In your Zoho Commerce dashboard, go to Settings > Shipping Carriers under the General section.

Your available Shipping Carrier integration options and the already integrated shipping carriers will be displayed on the Shipping carriers page.

 

Zoho Commerce has a single step integration with several carriers like  FedEx, UPS, USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, Aramex, and DPD.

Note:   Currently, Zoho Commerce does not support any shipping carriers for logistics supply from India. The shipping carrier service operates region specific, depending on region / editions. not that all carriers work in all regions.

For Example: Australia post does not work for India / US

 

Aramex:

 

This integration is currently available for Saudi Arabia, and UAE. To integrate with Aramex as a shipping carrier for your store, follow these steps.

 

Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > Aramex

  • Click the Set Up button next to the Aramex logo

  • Enter your account credentials.

  • Click OK.


Click here to create your Aramex account if you don't have one.

 

To obtain different Aramex values for integration:

  1. Log in to aramex.com.

  2. On the Dashboard page that opens, go to the Accounts tab.

  3. If you don't know your account number, please contact your account manager.

  4. Select Account Entity as your company.

  5. In the Request account PIN section, fill in the Description field, and click Submit.

  6. Aramex Account Country is the country from where your account was created.


DPD:

 

To integrate DPD for your store:

 

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > DPD.

  • Click the Set Up button next to the DPD logo.


  • Enter your DPD account credentials.

  • Click OK.


Click here to create your DPD account.

 

To obtain DPD customer number

  1. Login to your DPD account.

  2. Go to My Account Details Tab.

  3. You can view your DPD Customer Number here.

 

 

FedEx:

FedEX is a shipping carrier who offer their services worldwide. To integrate FedEX to your store,

 

  • Go to Settings> Shipping Carriers > FedEx.

  • Click the Set Up button next to the FedEx logo.


  • Enter your FedEx account credentials.

  • Click OK.


You can sign up here if you don't have a Fedex account yet. Choose Open a FedEx account before you click Continue on their sign up page.

 

To access Fedex details:

  1. Login to your Fedex account.

  2. Go to My profile > Account management to get your Account Number.

  3. To generate FedEx Production Meter Number, login to this website. Select FedEx Web Services.

  4. Select Move to Production tab.

  5. FedEx Web Service Production Access Registration page will open. Fill in the required details.

  6. Click on Continue, you will be redirected to FedEx Web Services End User License Agreement. Accept the license agreement to proceed.

  7. Fill in the FedEx Contact Information along with the FedEx Shipping Account Number in the form to get your Production Credentials.

  8. Click on Get Your Key to obtain Meter Number and FedEx Production Access Key.

  9. The FedEx production access Key passcode will be sent via your email.

 

 

UPS:

 

UPS operates in countries like USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and Asia Pacific regions, Singapore, and Malaysia. They deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide.

 

To integrate UPS as a shipping carrier to your store,

 

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > UPS.

  • Click Set Up adjacent to the UPS logo.


  • Enter your UPS credentials.

  • Click OK.


 

You can sign up with UPS if you do not have an account already.

 

To obtain UPS account details:

  1. Login to your UPS Billing center.

  2. To find your UPS account number, read this blog.

  3. On the Overview page, you will be able to find all invoices. Select the specific Invoice number of the parcel being shipped. Invoice date and parcel name can be obtained from here.

  4. Control ID will be available on the top right corner of a printed invoice. It will not be specified on their website.

   

USPS:

USPS is a shipping carrier that operates in more than 190 countries. To integrate USPS as a shipping carrier to your store:

  • Click Set Up adjacent to the USPS logo.

  • To integrate, you first need to sign up with Pitney Bowes shipping.

  • Enter your credentials to link your store with USPS. 


Australia Post:

Australia Post is a shipping carrier that operates within Australia.

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > Australia Post.

  • Click Set Up.


  • Provide necessary information.

  • Select Print as you go.

  • Click OK.


Sign up for Australia post account now.

 

To obtain Australia post details:

  1. Login to your Australia Post account.

  2. Australia Post account number is the ten digit number displayed on the top right of your screen.

  3. To generate Australia Post API Key and Australia post secret key, follow the steps here.

 

To enable live shipping for Australia Post:  

 

  • Click Enable Live Shipping Rate to calculate live shipping rates for your store.

  • Once you enable or disable the Live Shipping Rate, a pop-up message will appear at the bottom right corner of the screen.


Note: This option is available only for customers using the Zoho Commerce professional plan.

 

Canada Post:

Canada Post is a shipping carrier that operates within Canada.

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > Canada Post.

  • Click Set Up.


  • Provide necessary information.

  • Select  Canada Post account has credit card? check box if your Canada Post account is linked to your credit card.

  • Click OK.


Sign up for Canada Post if you don't have an account.

 

To fetch Canada post details:

  1. Login to your Canada post account.

  2. Canada Post customer number will be obtained once you sign up.

  3. Join the Canada Post Developer Program to access API Key.

 

To enable live shipping for Canada Post:

  • Click Enable Live Shipping Rate to calculate live shipping rates for your store.

  • Once you enable or disable the Live Shipping Rate, a pop-up message will appear at the bottom right corner of the screen.

 

Note: This option is available only for customers using the Zoho Commerce professional plan.

 

DHL

 

To integrate your store with DHL you first need to have an account:

  1. Go to Settings > Shipping Carriers > DHL.

  2. Enter the required details.

  3. Click OK.

To obtain DHL related fields:

  1. Login to your DHL account.

  2. Go to General > DHL Account Information to obtain your DHL account number.

  3. Account Country code will be available on your invoices. For further details and information, you can check out their website.
