What are the different ways I can share a Dashboard?

These are the ways you can share a Dashboard:

1. Access to your team members/clients on Zoho Social: You can give access to your Dashboard to people added on your Zoho Social. 

To do this,

-Open the Dashboard

-On the left click on the lock button, select All Members so it can be accessed by all the Members of your team. 

-Under Custom Share, you can choose who can view and edit your Dashboard on Zoho Social.

If you don't want to share with anyone anymore, choose Only Me.


2. Via email, instantly: 

To share a Dashboard via email just once,

-Go to the Dashboard

-From the top right, click on Email

-Select Send as Mail

-Add the recipient(s) email address. 

-You can also choose to add a message, edit the subject and choose the format of the Dashboard file (.pdf and .png)


3. Schedule as email

To schedule a Dashboard automatically go out at a set frequency,

- Go to a Dashboard

- From the top right, click on Email, select Schedule

- Type the names of the recipients from your team. 

- You can choose to add a message to the email. (The subject will be preset)

- Select the Date range, frequency and time

- You also have the option to change the format of the Dashboard file (.pdf and .png).

The Dashboard will be sent at the set frequency to the recipients through email.

 

4. Export:

You can download and export a Dashboard externally, this way:

- Go to a Dashboard

- At the top right, select Export

- Choose to download as either a .pdf file or .png file.

- You can now share it on external platforms from the download destination folder.
