GDPR applies in those scenarios when:
- Your organization processes personal data of data subjects who are in the EU, irrespective of the company's location.
- Your organization offers goods/services to data subjects in the EU.
- Your organization monitors data subjects who are in the EU.
If you fall under any of these categories, GDPR applies to your organization.
