Viewing Keyboard Shortcuts
Zoho Desk provides several keyboard shortcuts that allow you to manage your help desk modules like Tickets, Activities, Knowledge base, etc. You can execute most routine tasks with simple keystrokes like replying to tickets, adding calls, navigating modules, and the like.
Keyboard shortcuts are known to increase your productivity while being easier on your hands. They will also keep your mind off from going behind the mouse pointer now and then. Take, for example, the simple task of adding a ticket. You can do that by just pressing T + while being on any screen of Zoho Desk.
Before you can use these keyboard shortcuts, you’ll need to enable them for your account.
To enable keyword shortcuts:
- Click your account Photo in the top right corner of your help desk.
- Click Preferences on the profile window.
- Toggle the Keyboard Shortcuts option to ON under Preferences.
To open a list of keyboard shortcuts in Zoho Desk, press Shift + ? or click the Shortcuts icon () in the lower-right corner of the page.
Note:
- The keyboard shortcuts setting is specific to the user who has enabled it.
