Upgrading your Zoho Desk Subscription
Zoho Desk plans are designed to help you scale your customer support process as you grow. Our Free plan is ideal for customers who have just transitioned from email-based support, while our paid plans are for businesses who have an established support process.
Upgrading your Zoho Desk plan is fast, simple, and you can do it as many times as you wish to. You can upgrade from:
- Free to Standard
- Free to Professional
- Free to Enterprise
- Standard to Professional or
- Professional to Enterprise
Note:
- Only the primary contact (or the Super Admin) can manage subscriptions in your help desk.
- If you would like to extend your free trial past the 15-day period, please write to us at support@zohodesk.com.
- You cannot subscribe to different license types for agents within the same account. For example, your agents can't be split between Professional and Enterprise level licenses.
To upgrade your Zoho Desk plan:
- Click your Account Photo in the top-right corner of the help desk.
- Click Upgrade at the bottom of the profile window.
The Zoho Store page opens in a new tab. - In the Zoho Store page, you can see the details of the other plans that you can upgrade.
- Select Plan:
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want to subscribe.
- Plan Details:
- Select either Monthly or Yearly option depending on your preference.
- Enter the Number of agents to purchase the agent licenses under that particular plan.
- Based on your selection, the page will indicate the total amount that needs to be paid.
- Click Continue.
- Review Order:
- Review your subscription details and click Confirm to make the payment.
- Payment Details:
- Complete the transaction by using your credit card or the funds in your PayPal account.
Your Zoho Desk account will be upgraded depending upon the plan opted by you.
Note:
- When you upgrade, the prorated cost of switching from the cheaper plan to the more expensive plan is billed at the time of the switch.
- Your subscription will auto-renew every month unless you elect to downgrade to our Free plan before the next billing cycle begins.
- Your billing period starts on the day you upgrade from the free trial to a paying plan.
- You will not be entitled to the remainder of your trial period once you upgrade your account.
